The Problem

Residential and property fires are significant issues that cause loss of life and property damage. According to data from the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), there were an estimated 365,500 house fires in the United States in 2019, resulting in 2,620 deaths and $7.9 billion in property damage. To resolve this problem and ensure that home and property owners are not made to grieve loved ones, lose their most cherished valuables, their shelter or struggle with their damaged property, we have created FARM, Fire Autonomous Release Mechanism.

Zahra Hutchinson

My name is Zahra Hutchinson and I am a senior at ESUMS. My role for this project is conducting secondary research with Tianna along with competitor analysis with Marina.

Tenzin Youdon

My name is Tenzin Youdon and I am a junior at ESUMS. My role for this project is managing the launchpad, marketing the product, and organizing field trips that would help further our research.

Tianna Williams

My name is Tianna Williams and I am a senior at ESUMS. I am a part of the research team and my role is completing the secondary research summary along with Zahra.

Marina Khan

My name is Marina Khan and I am a senior at ESUMS. My role for this project will be to work with Zahra and present a competitor analysis, I will also work on Design concepts with Tianna and CAD modeling with Diamann.

Diamann Jones

My name is Diamann Jones and I am a senior at ESUMS. My role for this project is to work alongside Marina to create an overall CAD model as well as the side view of our project.

Edward Edelmann

My name is Edward Edelmann. I am a senior at ESUMS. My role in this project is developing a physical prototype as well as doing a PESTLE analysis.

Brad Molina

My name is Brad Molina. I am a junior at ESUMS. My role in this project is Marketing as well as doing a Competitor Analysis SWOT.

Henry Fernandez

My name is Henry Fernandez and I am a senior at ESUMS. I am a part of the marketing team and am the head of social media. I will be working with the whole team in terms of establishing our social media presence.

Orlando Rodriguez

My name is Orlando Rodrguez. I am a senior at ESUMS. My role in this project is to market the product to our target audience.

Hunter Maursky

My name is Hunter Maursky. I am a junior at ESUMS. My role in this project is Augmented Reality Research and Brainstorming.

Sara Abouuchaoua

My name is Sara Abouchaaoua and I am a senior at ESUMS. I am the project lead which means I am in charge of managing and keeping track of all the members. I also am assigned to research, field trip management, and social media.
