Project Description
The main goal of my project was to educate students about the specific role they play in the climate crisis. I wanted to teach them different ways in which they can help this problem from getting worse. Whether it be through lifestyle changes, advocacy, or any other effort to help, what they decided to do was crucial. All students needed was some sort of guidance on why their choices now are harmful to the world, and ways in which they can change their habits to be more eco-friendly.

With a big topic comes lots of research. I spent a lot of time making sure I was gathering current information, comparing it to other sources, and checking their overall accuracy. Scientists have been studying the Earth and the changes it goes through for years, so there was a lot of information out there. I was specifically looking for general facts and statistics regarding what climate change actually is, the biggest reason as to why it's an important issue, and the ways in which humans can help prevent it from getting worse.
