We contacted Adidas about becoming our mentor for this project as they would significantly help us design our shoes. Unfortunately, they ended up blocking us which became a roadblock as we continued to search for our mentor.

We contacted Nike about becoming our mentor for this project as they would greatly increase our quality of shoes and would help us keep the price of shoes low. Unfortunately, they ended up ignoring/not answering our email. This was very unencouraging as it was our second time failing to receive an answer.

We contacted New Balance about becoming our mentor for this project as they would help us create our shoe effectively and would help our athletic customers have a comfortable shoe. Unfortunately, for the third time we did not get an answer. we were very passionate about this company as we contacted them eight times and got no reply.

We contacted Asics about becoming our mentor for this project as they would help our running customers feel comfortable and would keep our price down. Unfortunately, for the fourth time, we were ignored. They were the last company we contacted and ended up going on our own
