Project Development

Time Management Plan
In this project I plan to conduct some kind of weekly experimentation with the Erazer, beginning the 18th of February, from buying new material and creating a new formula all to analyze and collect data, also to post to blog. More specifically I would like to have worked on this for about 60 hours in total asking questions and research as to what goes with what. I want to get as much feedback as I can from Ms. Kane, Ms. Williams, and from other teachers as well in the month of March. And I hope to simultaneously organize and add research into Launch pad more frequently then not and blog jam board. Its crucial for me that I do this because I want to feel like i'm in control and can provide much information as possible. I plan to ask with Mr. Gabriel and Ms. Kane weekly from February 18th and on about any questions I may have about Launchpad since they 've worked with students on capstone before. I believe that feedback and questions will take up at least two to four hours of this capstone in the second semester. In this month of March, and today the 15th I really would like to start thinking about my share-out and who I would want to interview about Impostor Syndrome.

Finding a Mentor
In this letter, I gave a brief intro as to what Impostor Syndrome is to Ms. Williams. Ms. Williams has been a great teacher and administrator in her time here at Career, teaching not only at this school but colleges as well. With my time with Ms. Williams and in DECA, she has shown much support and helpful incite for me as a senior and my next steps in life. When I came to Ms. Williams she was thrilled about the topic. Impostor Syndrome relates to self-doubt. Ms. Williams knows that there are many people who suffer from this, particularly scholars who graduate but fail or lack confidence to use what they've learned in college. In our collaboration I hope to come to Ms.Williams to share my research and ideas, sharing her thoughts and feedback. I know Ms.Williams will be a big help in this project and guide me throughout its process.
