By using Gray Tray we are increasing school budgets and providing organizations with the opportunity to become more profitable in the long run. Due to the lack of competitors, Gray Tray will be earning full attention from schools and institutions who are looking to transform their cafeterias in a more eco and budget friendly way. Our school offers $1,380,035 for building operations, while our product will only need $26,633 which leaves enough money for other building functions. In addition, the Gray Tray design is a long lasting solution. Our product also exposes, educates, and encourages students about the importance of eco-friendly practices and products. Lastly, Gray Tray’s tremendous benefits could also be used globally.

Competitor Analysis

Friday, February 07, 2020

After thorough research, it is evident that no product is currently available that allows grey water to be recycled through closed systems (which can be utilized for various purposes, i.e. greenhouses, hydroponic gardens). If we do, however, come across a product similar to ours, we have many advantages. Gray Tray is easy to use and only takes 4 steps. Consumers would only have to grab their meal on the plastic trays, complete their meal (per usual), place the tray onto our conveyor belt and collect and stack as soon as it's washed. We are also allowing schools to save money in the long run and we have a large target market that includes organizations, universities, hospitals, and corporations all across our nation. Our marketable design and brand gives us an advantage as well and since we are the first to market, we would have loyal consumers and organizations.

By pioneering new technologies and challenging the status quo, Gray Tray is breaking boundaries, as well as creating new ones. Our target is to save money, as well as to conserve earth's vital resources. Instead of continually buying Styrofoam trays, an unnecessary school expense and detrimental pollutant, schools can purchase reusable plastic trays and recycle water via the Gray Tray system. Reducing Styrofoam waste and recycling water will take us one step closer in bettering our earth. The Gray Tray is pioneering new technologies and saves more money than it spends.
